Description : The celebration of the 50th anniversary of the World Heritage Convention in West Africa was marked by an intergenerational meeting on the theme "Young people engaged alongside World Heritage site managers in West Africa for innovative actions." The event was held at the Research and Documentation Center of Senegal (CRDS) and Gaston Berger University (UGB) in Saint-Louis, and resulted in the adoption of the Call to Action for young heritage professionals in West Africa.
